Our Story
Best Life Support Services WA was founded in 2023 by Dana Le Mon, a dedicated professional with over a decade of experience in the disability sector. In 2022, Dana embarked on a solo road trip along the Great Ocean Road—a journey that sparked a deep reflection on her career and the future she envisioned.

During this time, with the encouragement of her wife, Kelsie Rodwell, a brilliant business and lifestyle coach, they brainstormed Dana's next career move. Out of these conversations came a passion-driven vision: a truly person-centred NDIS and disability support provider focused on Independent Living Options (ILO).
The result of that vision was Best Life Support Services WA, which opened its doors in May 2023. By June, the first clients began receiving services tailored to their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

Since then, Best Life Support Services WA has steadily expanded its offerings, including a quarterly Talent Show that celebrates clients’ abilities, and the soon-to-launch Live Your Best Life Program—all designed to foster independence, creativity, and community engagement.
Dana remains committed to creating new opportunities for individuals with disabilities and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
With her leadership, we continue to blend professional expertise with genuine compassion, ensuring that every person is empowered to live their best life.

Founder, Dana Le Mon brings over a decade of sector experience and the vision that sparked Best Life Support Services WA. CEO, Kelsie Rodwell, steers the organisation's strategic plan, ensuring services stay aligned with our values and clients' needs. Operations Manager, Dez Hughes, oversees daily operations and fosters a seamless experience for staff and clients alike.
